Followup

Hi Kathleen,

I wanted to wait until I heard for sure, but I am now happy to announce that I have been officially accepted to the Sustainable MBA program at the Presidio School of Management!

Getting an MBA has been a lifelong goal of mine, but after starting and running 4 businesses and then retiring in 2005, I had forgotten about this dream and was floundering around trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. Then I took your Compass course last year and it really helped clarify for me that what I really enjoy doing is starting businesses. Also I hung up the Vision Board that we constructed during class right in front of my desk, so everyday I look at it and have already done many of the things on it.  One of the cutouts on the Vision Board is for an MBA, and I think this was one of the main inspirations that prodded me to apply to the Presidio Sustainable MBA program. I am really excited about this program and am sure that it will inspire me to start my next business!

So I can truly say that the Compass program helped me figure out what I really wanted to do with the rest of my life and provided gentle nudges to move me down that path.

Best, Max
