There are two Ruby and Rails conferences coming up. The European Rails conference is September 14-15 and the RubyConf is in Denver October 20-22.

Max Suggestion

Suggestion: November 13th and 14th (Monday and Tuesday)

Reason: It is several weeks after the RubyConf in Denver, but still two weeks before Thanskgiving.
