Hi I'm Claire. I'm in the forth grade and I play piano, do gymnastics, and horseback riding. I love animals, sports, music, and nature. My favorite colors are yellow and green. I also speak Chinese, french, German, Spanish, and some Japanese. My hobbies are: listening to music and making dances to them, songwriting, acting, (I've been in Alice in Wonderland and Suessical) ice skating, drawing, reading, going to basketball games, playing soccer with friends, playing handball or wallball, ( just, well everything to do with sports). My favorite places in the world are Seattle and New York.

I learn Chinese (mandarin) at my school. The school has an immersion program.  The Chinese program is called CLIP and the students who don't learn Chinese are in the Neighborhood program. Half of the day I learn English, math, science, social studies in one English class, then after recess we switch classes and go to Chinese class. We also learn all the subjects in English and Chinese. We do fun things to, like brush painting, Chinese chess, and Chinese brain puzzles and tongue twisters.  My parents teach me all the other languages I know.

With my dad around all the time I learn a lot about the economy and the environment. I mean A LOT!!!!!
